Excellent Opportunity! We are seeking a Dental Scheduling / Insurance Coordinator to join our extraordinary team!

We are in search of someone who has a great attitude, is extremely detail oriented and highly motivated to be of service, is professional and outgoing, has excellent written and verbal communication, is friendly, and can work well in a busy environment. We would prefer at least 3 years of dental scheduling or customer service experience. However, if you have all the outstanding qualities we are looking for, the experience is not mandatory! We offer a wonderful schedule, working 3 ½ to 4 days per week as full time, excellent benefits and competitive wages. We have an amazing team who enjoy supporting each other. We believe if we create a great environment for our crew, the patients will have a fantastic environment too. **Responsibilities, but not limited to**

• Greeting patients and checking them in/out
• Keeping track of reports
• Confirming appointments
• Following up on missed and cancelled appointments
• Following up with patients and their care
• Collecting payments
• Coordinating treatment
• Scheduling patients
• Knowledge of Dentrix Software
• Answering phones
• Maintaining correspondence with patients and referrals
